Complete Boba Costume

Hello all,
I joined a few months ago but due to unexpected deployments and work I haven't been able to get on here very much. While I was in Las Vegas I got myself a Boba Fett tattoo and it inspired me to start looking for the cosutme. I'll be deploying here soon and I'll be coming back with a good chunk of money and I'm just wondering what would be the best way to go about getting the complete costume? I'd no good with painting and such so I'd be looking to buy a ready to wear set. Would it be better to just go piece by piece or find a place that will just sell me the whole sha-bang?

Well you can either watch the cargo hold when you get back because people will occasionally list their whole suit or you can buy large portions of the kit. I would suggest getting it piece by piece however and commissioning the paintwork if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself. How accurate and detailed would you want it to be?

Also, stay safe during your deployment.

Are u gonna want stuff shipped to germany? If u are on this side of the pond theres fewer,.although still some very talented builders and painters.

I want to go with a ROTJ version, I'm 5'9" about 190lbs, and I was hoping i could find something around $3000 but I'm new to the Fett costuming. I got a quote from Bobamaker I believe and he was saying around $5000. I dont have to have the costume right away, I'll probably be going back stateside mid next year.

3000 is a very reasonable and pretty gd budget for a fett mate. U will get lots of interest

In no hurry to buy but if anyone knows of a full set out there that's 501st membership quality, I'm looking to buy

to tag along on this whats a set of painted armor plates run? front back sholder and knee

That's true boomer, but for say $5k, i'd have it delivered to your door with a bow tie... Half the fun was building it!!

I'd love to put one together but it would be the painting that holds me back, dont have very good skills in that area
