What would be the ideal thickness for Boba Fett chest armor?
I can get my hands on some 10-15mm material,I know its gonna be hard to cut and mabey a little hard to shape but Im thinking the thicknes may be ok.
Any opinions?

That is really thick. I have used 6mm and it is plenty thick to give a good look. Twice that thick may look weird. At 6mm you have to round the edges and give a return edge,........10- 15mm I would vote too thick

The rounded portion of the edge. Without it the armor looks squared off and flat. If you take a look at Boba his armor is not sharp on the edges it rounds off.
The material is 6.3 mm thick it will work perfectly thanks for your input Mullreel
Here is some that I cut out of 6mm using WOF Jango templates

This was just after I had shaped them, and hit em witha coat of primer. If you look at the edges you can see what I am talking about as far as the rounded corner. I trimmed them with a knife and then sanded everything smooth.
Hope it works well for you.
