I've been working on a CG Webley. This thing is dead on.
I used a real Webley as reference. It's not finished, but it's close.
The grip has the check pattern built in (not a texture)! Let me know how it looks.</P>

I'm not too sure what I'm gonna do with it. I just enjoy CG modelling. I like to do
things that noone else has (Star Wars included) or hasn't done well. I may attempt some character
animation with it in the future. I just have to finish it first :-)</P>

Awesome work! What program did you use; blender,lightwave,3ds max, or lightwave?
I am trying to learn 3d animation myself in blender, so believe me when i say that couldnt have been any small feat. Again fantastic work!
Looks awesome! The only thing I would add is the stock bracket piece that butts up against the top of the handle.
Yeah, I still have a few things to do on it yet. I'm working on the screws now, then I have to do the lanyard rings, finish the stock bracket and then do the main spring.
Nice work, and nice helmets too
