Trying to remember the color of the shelter half I used to have... Hm... I'm guessing a mix of the two greens you see in the colorchart from RIt will do the trick.

Curiosity question: I only paid something like $10 for my shelter half... wouldn't the dye cost almost as much as just getting the shelter?
