Building my own Boba Boots...

Here is an update, painted the soles white and sprayed some light gray for the rest of the boot. Overspray will all be touched up when I weather the boots. Going to paint the elastic black and the front black stripe here soon....also have to get the pipping for the lines. Looking good I think?

Just a quick update, added the toe spikes from RussRep...look pretty good. Now I just need to fill in the gaps a bit and do some final weathering...

DUDE boots look awesome! you pretty much did the exact same thing as I did, took a pair of regular elastic closure boots and made them fett boots. i actually had a pair of CA boots and hated them that i went for the scratchbuild kind. eventually i'll get a pair of JW boots but i'm happy with the way mine turned out and i'm glad you made yours awesome as well

wow dude! Very Nice! I was wondering, do you have any problems w/ the spraypaint cracking when you put the boots on? my boots are made of leather and looked great until i tried them on. alot of the paint cracked and the 'tubing' i used just about all fell off. have u had any similar problems?

one odf my wives friends husbands used to sell mac tools , and he gave me these boots , im kinda surprised i didnt throw them away , now im glad i didnt , nice work

little fett...haven't had any problems with cracking but I haven't worn them around that much because I'm trying to preserve them as much as possible in case something happens during the first troop with them. maybe i'll wear them around the house a little bit to "wear" them in. what did you use for the trim and how did you glue it on? shoe goo is the best!

slave1117a those boots look pretty good for a base, have to work out that stich pattern on the side though a bit.

thanks for the words guys! :)
