Hey bountyhunters !

I just want to show of my new trooping toy ^^

I had the luck to grab one of Hand Schaub´s bronze webleys here in europe and since i always wanted an metal version of my blaster
i taken the chance to build an new one for my own.
My old EE-3 version i swapped with the bronze Webley.

some specs :

light and sound comes from the Blaster Core V4 soundboard ( plecterlabs.com )
resin/metal mix parts are from sidewinder
bronze webley from Hand Schaub
real molex connectors
real woodstock
rifle sling from 99cent taco
2x 18650 Li-Ion Batterys for 7,4 V
36mm bass speaker
tri rebel main LED
6 led bargraph

Here´s the vid of it :

Hope you like it and if someone is interested to get and soundupgrade on his blaster here in europe let me know ;)

Thanks a lot to all guys make such an build possible and thanks for watching !

And for those who thinks about to build one on their own
here is the manual for the soundboard to learn how to install all the electronics
( select the Blaster Core V4 PDF )
Plecter Labs - Articles - Manuals&Support

This manual is perfect to learn and to know what electronic components you have to buy !

this parts you need :

10 $ speaker ( 8ohm 3W )
10 $ wires , resistors, 2,1 mm recharge port, shrink tube and so on ...
5 $ switches( AUX , MAIN , single auto mode , on off )
5 $ bargraph
35 $ Tri rebel RGB High Power LED
100 $ Blaster Core V4 soundboard
17 $ 2x protected 18650 Li-Ion batterys
5 $ for each soundfont, just shoot me an PM !
If you want all 6 fonts ive made i make you an special bundle price for 20 $ (fonts are, Deckard blade runner, Alien 2 pulse rifle, Half Life2
Dead Space Plasma Cutter, Predator and of course the EE-3 font )
5 $ rumble motor
25 $ Li-Ion smart charger
20 $ full metal trigger from the Indy webley revolver

that would be around 237 $ just for the parts

for you guys in US the customsabershop is the best option because you get all parts you need in one order !

About the bronze webley, in fact it is hollow its no big deal to get all components in, but the real problem is the trigger.
You must cut off the static one and bore an opening to get an working replacement trigger in.
You can buy an full metal trigger like the one from the Indiana Jones Webley revolver, wich are very easy to get in US.
The metal gets very thin at this area but the bronze is very strong so you never bend or break it with pressure by hand.

Or you let it like it is and place an microswitch anywhere near the trigger. (never an option for me)

and now start reading the manual to get your poject started ;)

I also would know some guys in US who could to an conversion for you. Just ask me if you are interested !

That is really really cool. Can you give more details of the build up for those who might want to attempt this? I have a bronze webly as well and would love to do this.

Custom saber shop is perfekt for you guys in US. There you can order all parts at once !
There you get the right charger, LED, bass speaker, batterys. And dont forget to order the 2.1mm plug for the charger .
I would first recomment to make an wiring diagram an calculate the resistors so you could order them too.

Amazing, dude! I love it! Erv' makes the BEST soundboards. I have his Crystal Focus sabercore boards in all of my custom lightsabers. I will be ordering one of his Blastercores for my EE3 (when I pick one up). I'm sooo impressed with your work.

Erv´ is the man ! You are right ;)
He told me that he plans to release an cheaper BC board with only one soundbank and smaller features for 55 $ in the next half year or so.
So if someone plans an cheap conversion a bit patience would be smart.
