Brak's Buddy Tutorial for the ROTJ Cape?

You old schoolers might remember Art's website that had the tutorials for the cape, and Sonic Beam Weapon, etc.
The site is no longer active , but I still need the information found within.
Does anyone still have it saved on their computer?

Specifically, I would need the dimensions and location for cutting the ROTJ cape from the Army Shelter Half.
