Hello everyone I've been reading alot about Bobamaker and went to his site. I have some questions; Does he do custom paints?(Im going to start a custom mando) and are the prices really nice? Ive been saving for awhile now. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I dont know if he would have them but my armor in the end will be prominantly black, does anyone know where i can get a black or very dark jumpsuit and flak vest? Thank you.

You could contact SkyGunBro, send him a PM and an e-mail, he rarely checks his PMs. He does custom work. Also BatNinja can sew vests if you send him the material. I've never seen a set of BM armour painted, and I've never heard about him doing custom work before...

really how much would that cost?

Depends on the item. He does not publically post that info on his website, so I'm not gonna post it here just in case he wants to keep that info private. I suggest you drop him an email and ask him ... and keep in mind he does quite an amazing job accurately painting and weathering the items.

If you want the best go with Bobamaker! Daz does incredible work. He did all my paintwork & building of my suit. I wanted an ESB helmet with ROTJ suit & paint scheme. It is worth every penny!

I recently ordered a set of Boba knee armor and a hollow Rf stalk from Daz-I still have a little while before it'll be done as I believe it's his busiest time of year right now for Halloween. What I have seen of his work shows that he really does know what he's doing and isn't just someone slapping together the item leaving the quality at the door. So while you might wait a couple weeks, be patient as the finished product will be well worth it...

Up until about a few months ago, I didn't know squat about all this Fett stuff. I looked around for a few weeks, gathered some info and bought one of his helmets. It arrived last week and I'm 100% happy with it. Excellent quality.

My personal opinion is, if someone puts a decent amount of work into a web site, it generally means they're serious. Mainly because fly-by-nite folks can just hock their goods on ebay and make quick sells. When someone spends weeks and months to put togetehr a web site to properly display their products, that means (in my mind) that they have a good product.

BM is just the short for : Top Quality !!!!

When finished my suit, about 90 % will be BM parts.

He keeps you updated about the progress, ships the items fast and well packed, and everything is just WOOOW !!!

I will also agree with most here. Although my only experiences with DAZ's work are in resin, he really knows how to make good resin products. No bubbles, super sharp, super clean, and the parts always come primed. The resin he forms also sands super smooth, yet the parts are solid.

I just contacted BM to change my knee armor order in the middle of they're construction (having him add his darts rather than use the cheap ones I got online), and he was absolutely cool with it! What a great guy to work with! He's well worth dealing with folks-not to mention he's a true craftsman...
