Boba Fett Finished

Looks nice.

By no means am I professional but I would say the paint needs some work. There are some great posts out there discussing painting in layers. Super easy to do and the results are just beautifil.

Where did you get the rocket pack, Thats one of the major things that I am missing and really need to work on getting one.

I built it myself. I just started another one that will be more accurate. The pix dont do it justice but The helmet has about 3 layers of primer, 2 layers of silver, 1 more layer of primer and then 2 coats of the actual colors. The armor has 2 coats of primer, 2 silver and then 2 coats of green. The yallow was grafted in on the edges. The scratches were done with liquid laytex in layers. The ROTJ helmet does not have as much damage as the ESB. The ESB has alot more detail on the back. I do appreciate the response

The suit looks really good. The things that could use slight improvements are pulling up the jet pack a little higher and tighter, dulling down the colors of the gauntlets and knees with some gray primer mist, and lastly as a ROTJ Fett lighten up the boots a bit so they look more faded.

Great job overall and really great job building the jet pack!

I did pull it up and the pics are at the end and I'll try the primer mist. Just a grey primer? The boots are the way they are. I used the MoM as a guide. So I dont think I'll be able to lighten them up. Thanks for the advice.

It is a rep from an MS1. I found a guy who moulds them and puts them up on EBay. Thanks for the comment.

I hate to tell you, but that guy selling what he calls "MS1" helmets on ebay is a recaster. You should steer clear of him in the future. Just a heads up.

Yeah I know but for the price and the little prep I had to do, it was worth it. He told me it was a recast before i bought it anyway. The helmet is very good and I like it just fine. Trust me, i did alot of looking before i settled. Thanks though.
