BLASTER STOCKS INTEREST GAUGING

hey guys, well, i bought a walnut blaster stock from Shocknurse a few weeks back, and it needed some modifications...well, not having the tools to do what was needed (other than good'ol fashioned sandpaper) to get the correct shape, i turned this little project over to my student that does alot of woodwork as a hobby...he is the one that did the wood-burning portraits for me awhile back...(y) well, what he was able to do with this stock i have is amazing!! i had purchased a stormrider kit and it came with a plastic mold of the stock, filled with foam...well, that also needed some modifying, but i let this student of mine take the cast that stormrider sent as a template to use to get the walnut stock to the shape it needed to be...i do have a little bit of work where the d-bracket connects to the stock, to get it to line up better and be more flush, but you get the idea from the pics...

i have some pics of the completed stock, and this summer my student would like to work on some of these stocks while he is on break...i know that Lucksy was going to have some of these stocks done with a woodworking friend of his as well, and after speaking with him he told me to go ahead and gauge the interest once again...:)

if anyone is interested in a wooden stock, made by Gamerfett (my student), please post here...i am not totally sure of the details yet, we are discussing it at the moment...i believe he may even stain them as well, but no promises on that right now...we are going to experiment on the stock in the next pictures to get the correct accuracy...thanks everyone for looking! :cheers
