Sep 23, 2007, 10:50 AM - Best Way to attach resin parts to gauntlets? #1

So as I start looking at my Ruffkin gauntlets, I'm thinking to myself, what would be the best way to attach these resin parts to the styrene of the gauntlet? I think I'll of course start out with just plain old CA glue and hope it holds.

Do you guys think that if I were to attach some bolts to some of the bigger resin pieces that would hold securely and not rip the styrene? it is pretty thin.

I've built quite a few sets of these and I've always used epoxy filler and a couple of small bolts... worked very well.

I screwed them on, then used some Goop to fill in the seams. Since goop is bendable, it won't crack.
