Beating a dead horse??

I know I may be beating a dead horse, but I cannot find this answer anywhere.

Does anyone know if the Boba ESB wears spats?

Can you please post pics?

THANKS!

I am truly laughing, rolling over that one!!!

I think I pee'd a little.

Thank you for the answer and for the belly laugh.
I really needed that today!!

Yes, Jim, forgive me for doubting you. But I have a question then, why is someone selling BOBA ESB Spats?

I'm just curious for the sake of "canon" icity.

and Melvin..
Awww.... you are NOT going to spoil all the fun of the newly clad fetts are you???

You were a mere pup once upon a time.

Well, sometimes people sell parts and mis-label them. There's all those fine details, which is what makes a Fett suit an obsession for many. On TDH right now there is a sale of ESB stuff, and the jumpsuit is actually a ROTJ with pouches and spats included, so even here things can be mis-labeled.

But, ESB Boba Fett is one of the only incarnations in which Boba doesn't have spats. Even the Pre-Production suits used them. After pouring over Promo and Movie stills, it's been determined that the ESB Boba suit does not include spats.

I'm looking forward to the final fitting of the ESB suit you've custom tailored for me LadySewforus. Your work is outstanding, and your dedication to detail is greatly appreciated. (y)

I appreciate the kind words Jim. And Thank You for the info. I am still learning as much as I can about the Fett Kingdom. It is very complex. We strive for the eluding "canon" icity and have learned to scrutinize every detail. Don/Zhi-Don, my costume master, taught me that important lesson a long time ago.

I will Pm you to arrange to get together. Carole loves to have her "taco fridays" and her motto is the more the merrier. You really should try one sometime.

Ok, I am back to sewing.

Melvin,
I LOVE that picture. That is just too funny. I am still some what of a newbie here and did not clearly understand all the spandex jokes. RFLMAO.

I look forward to the "party" fett pics too!!! "FETT ON" has a whole new meaning now.

:D

The prototype suit worked very well from LadySewforus, even in battle situations.
The ankle ties worked well, and the suit allowed plenty of movement too.

From what I can tell via the pics I have seen, he does not wear spats, but rather had a strip of material that goes around the ankle.
