Backplate eyelets to attach collar

I know that the movie accurate stormtrooper calf armor was attached using the same system of eyelets and hooks. I don't really see little eyelets, more like a long wire hook or tang.
Most of us use threaded collar blocks through the collar piece and bolts epoxied to the backplate to secure the armor.

Isn't that just the stunt suit though? I think the hero suit is using bolts ala PP1, no?

Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaf!

Just noticed in this pic: http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/gall...n-of-the-jedi-costume-hd-screen-captures.html
that Mr B. Fett's backplate as come apart from his collar on his left shoulder, showing little eyelets that I bet have corresponding hooks on the collar armour. Is this the way most you guys attache them together as I've yet to find how it's done otherwise.
