The jetpack hooks and jetpack itself hold it to your body really no need for screws at all. U could just use velcro on the collar and the backplate.

For mine, since i had a scratchbuilt pack and no harness (not worth it for my crummy pack 
) I had two pieces of velcro on the top and two on the bottom sides attached to my vest. I got the industrial strength so it held all day during my con and with some pulling it came off the vest pretty easy. no screws needed
