If you're in the UK, Bobamaker is fairly close to you. He sells entire kits, but be prepared to spend/wait quite a bit.

There are a few trusted makers/ sellers of quality armor. Bobamaker as stated above, RKD makes some great stuff also, hunt around the forums here, check the cargo hold, thats the official buy/ sell area of TDH.

Yepp, Daz is in Portugal right now-but he still can be contacted and his stuff can still be highly recommended.
