Does anyone make a replica ever ready 6051 cast?
figure the real ones are pretty much long gone by now....

I'm not sure. I have MOW new version gauntlet I have to start building and was looking at this flash light this morning .. Was going to order it and a few other pieces. Sometimes Shapeways is quick other times not so much. If you aren't in a rush I can order it and send you pics to help you decide. As long as the button and front part fit I will be happy - the rest I can trim/shape to fit.

I ordered it as well as some Borden connectors and the high quality version of the side piece for my Uzi. Says it won't ship till the 24th but as soon as I get it I will post up pics

I found a cheaper way, if you scroll down Rafa's page on Shapeways, he has made it accessible for anyone to download the file to your PC . Just create an account on Shapeways and upload the stl. file to your account and it becomes a little cheaper and because you are not selling it and only for your own use.

Look for ' Download Product "

Also as for filling any striations the 3D printed piece may have, I highly recommend a Smooth-On product especially made for the purpose called XTC-3D. It's quite cheap and lasts forever.
