airsoft gear

i am the operator of an airsoft team in northern utah and making my own battle armor is what im trying to do most airsoft teams are milsim and only buy military gear my team we use what ever gear we can come up with if its homemade we use it my other team members are working on body armor from the movies (ie aliens,predator,star wars,mad max, road warrior) areas like that if i can get patterns for armor please direct me in that general direction thanks
