Accurate Gauntlet Darts - Interest?

Small update:
Just had an email from my machinist and they have finished the protptype! so I'll have a good measure up when I get home and post some pics. (y)

Kaane, I don't think you're excited enough mate. How about you show some more entheusiasm?!! :D

Seriously though, lookin forward to seeing them bro. ;)

Ok..
Picked it up this evening and I'm really happy altho I have 2 small concerns to address before I do a run.
1. As a machinist he has put a small 0.25mm chamfer at either end of the main body (which wasn't on my CAD drawing)
2. The O/D of the thread is 0.2mm smaller than the original.

I have measured the length / diameter etc... and they are spot on other than the above issues.
I'm gonna get him to correct these and check again :D

A couple of pics...

Cool.
Is there any way you can take some larger close up pics of the pointed end side by side with the real one?

.

I can try... :facepalm
The only other thing I noticed and forgot to say in previous post was that the original has 'flat' peaks on the thread form and the prototype is pointed... therefore he's gone in slightly too far (0.2mm) and compensated in the O/D hence being 0.2mm smaller...

One funny(?) question. The replica dart fits on your replica stabilizer? Would be funny to take some pics of a replica sweeparm :D I just need your replica knee dart  (and the wirst dart, of course).
