I just got mine this weekend! They look spot on. Its like holding the screen used gloves in your hand. They arrived with in the timeframe stated by GBH and when I had a question he was quick to reply. Good customer service! Get these gloves if you can!(y)

Ok, I've had a few requests so I thought I'd start up another run. I'll now be offering PRE-PRO and SUPER TROOPER VERSIONS as well. the first pair of the PP version will go to Artek and I'll be posting pictures soon.

Do use the parade gloves for these? If so I'd really like a pair of ESB gloves. I have the "real fett" gloves that someone did here a few years ago and while they look spectacular they are lined with thinsulate so they are WAY to hot for most TX troops!

It's kind of ironic regarding the "Real Gloves", because I introduced Steve, I don't recall his last name anymore, to TDH so he could sell his gloves. If I remember correctly he was a clothing manufacturer out of Canada. At the time I thought those were the shizzle, that was before I knew the difference. Yes, bulky micro suede gloves with shinny white nylon patches (Like a windbreaker jacket basically) and nice warm thinsulate lining to keep your hands extra, extra warm during all those already immensely sweat producing trooping events, LOL! So needless to say, here I am 5 years later making gloves, strange!

But to answer your other question, yes, I use parade gloves as a base, then after dying them, the quilted patch work, cuffs and button closures are added.

THX
