    $16 - 1Hour EE-3 Pic and Info.

I bought a toy shotgun from walmart for $8.
I also bought a set of 'window framing plastic' pieces for $4. A airsoft scope for $4

I had a piece of PVC pipe.

I cut the shotgun in half. Ground off one side of the end of the pvc, till it slid over the shotgun body.

    Glued the top and bottom.

Ground off a little more of the main body, and covered it with 1in x 1/2 in piece of sintra.

Glued 2 drywall screw holders on to that spot to cover the 'blankness'.

Used half the window trimmings for greebles on the barrel.

papinted it silver, then some mustard splotches, then black. Then rubbed off the paint where the mustard was.

Used rub and buff to add silver to body and scope.

I created a slide for the scope to mount on by gluing 2 pieces of sintra together, the top piece the size of the scope slide, the bottom smaller, to lift it from the barrel.

I realize its not acurate But its a cheap alternative to anyone on a budget. Everyone that saw it thought it was pretty impressive. But they arent experts

I can do a tut if anyone wants it, but its pretty straight forward. I had to do it fast as a last ditch effort for a friend to wear my boba to a party this weekend.

    Heres a pic.

I didnt see this thread getting any hits.

Ill go to walmart this week and take a pic of everything I bought.

I can make one sure, but they really are easy. Its a great project and easy even at a low level of skill. The absolute hardest part is you need a grinder or dremel to grind out part of the pvc tube to fit it on.

If you really want one, ill make you one, ill have to go make sure they have the toy shotguns still and price it. But i cant imagine it being much over 20-25 bucks for the parts plus shipping, (cheaper at xmas) and it will allow me to make the tut. Youll have to paint it though, because its way too cold here to paint it.

Yah besides the shopping part it takes about an hour. Ill hit walmart tonight or tomorrow and make a tut, and a gun, and you can buy it for exactly what it costs me and pay the shipping.

It may be better to not glue on the barrel till you get it though, to save on shipping.

Shiny doesnt want this 'yet' so ill wait till he is ready for it.

Unless theres someone on the edge of their seats waiting for a picture tut.

    Its a very easy project.

Hey, any chance of a pic tut on that? I'm sure I could figure it out... but your end result was pretty sweet.

    Re: $16 - 1Hour EE-3 Pic and Info.

Ill look into doing it this weekend.

The start is the 'break barrell shotgun' from walmart.

Take the barrell off (it screws off.

Cut/grind the pvc pipe on the bottom to slide over the stock.

Buy a set of 'window glass mounting vinyl strips' from walmart in the window area.

They have double sided tape on them already.

Sticky them on and your close.

The scope is from the airsoft gun section its like 5 bucks.
