A little while ago I was on the Star Wars site and they had a link to a webpage for SARLACC (Seattle Area Lucasfilm Artifact Collectors Club) . They were selling pins, and the proceeds are going to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. They were a limited edition of 1,000, and the pin is pretty nice. I'm glad that I could contribute a little to Cancer Research. Sorry the picture's not that great, it's the best that I could get it.

I'm sure it's been referenced in the past, but just spent a little time on the Force Unleashed II website.

Under the "Videos" menu and then going to the "Video Doc" sub-menu above the movie window itself, you'll find the "Story of Starkiller".

It gives a small look into Boba's appearance in the game.

It started as a pm on a forum (not here) asking for one of my pep files. I replied directing him to my blog where I have all my stuff. It seems I didn't reply soon enough (within 4 hours of his pm) because he found me on 2 other forums with the same pm asking for one of my files. Now he's bugging me constantly through pm's asking about random stuff. This isn't the regular "how's it going" type of thing, it is more like the "hey check out my new "Dung0beetle + ******* 2gether 4ever" tattoo type of thing. It's getting creepy.

My question is...how do I let him know that he needs to tone it down without offending him? I don't want to drive him away from propmaking or anything, because he's really talented. On the other hand, I don't want him showing up at my door wanting to "hang out".

Best software for making templates

I see all the templates on the different boards for making all the different costume parts but I was wondering what programs do people actually use to make them?, is it Autocad or a 3D program?

Hello, I am a new member here at The Dented Helmet, but I have been using the site for a few months now as the best resource for information while I make my Boba Fett costume. I just wanted to show my appreciation to all the members who contribute so much , I have been a member of several other forums not related to Star Wars, and have never seen such a loyal and helpful group of people in one place. I especially Thank Wizard of Flight for his amazing generosity in providing the templates, without which I never would have even gotten started. at first I just wanted a helmet, now I have made the helmet, armor, blaster, rocketpack, and gauntlets and hope to have all the details done before halloween. I'm off now to do the weathering on my gauntlets, Thanks again. - Weaselhammer
