| The metal buckle seen on the waist belt of Boba Fett's jet pack is a "found item" from a U.S. Divers/Aqua-Lung scuba tank harness called the KAM "EZ" PAK. This harness is occasionally found on eBay and sells, on avergae, for $10-$25. BUCKLE |

WHAT IS UP WITH THAT LINE? There is a distinct line on the far right hand side of the buckle flap seperating the green section of the buckle from the metal/silver section. We believe this to be a colored or painted piece of tape that covers the surface of the flap to hide the name of the manufacturer which is often stamped into the metal buckle flap. |

INCORRECT BUCKLES A number of scuba equipment companies build similar buckles for their harnesses. The buckle most similar to the US Divers buckle is made by Dacor. However, this buckle IS NOT CORRECT! It is too long. See pictures below. Also, it is important to note that US Divers has made a number of different buckles so always ask to see a picture of the buckle BEFORE purchasing the harness. |
